My Baby Loves 'The Wheels on the Bus' — Even Without Screen Time
There’s something magical about baby songs — especially 'The Wheels on the Bus'. My little one learned the song thanks to Ms. Rachel, but since we don’t watch TV very often, he counts on me to sing it for him. And believe me, I sing it a lot!
Every day, I find myself repeating, "The wheels on the bus go round and round," again and again. He smiles every single time, and that’s enough to melt away my tiredness.
What amazes me most is how he joins in — turning his little hands for the “round and round” part, bouncing up and down on his knees, and even pretending to be the crying baby with the cutest “wah wah wah.” It’s so adorable that even when I’m exhausted, I genuinely enjoy every second.
We don’t need screens to have fun. Singing together has become one of our favorite bonding moments, and I love seeing how music helps him express himself and move with joy.
As a mom, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or tired — but these little musical moments? They are pure happiness.
